Information you provide

When you order, we use your name, email address, delivery address, order details and any phone number you provide to process payment, record the order, arrange delivery and provide support. If you contact us, we receive your message, contact details and any attachment you choose to send. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Payments and delivery

Payment information is handled by the payment provider shown during checkout. We receive payment references and status information to match a payment to an order. We share the order and delivery details needed by our fulfillment and delivery providers to supply your purchase.

Website data and cookies

Your browser stores basket contents and your cookie choice locally. Our hosting services receive technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, needed to deliver and protect the website. Support and external services

Our email, order storage, payment, hosting and delivery service providers process information needed for those functions. If you use the chat assistant, its provider processes what you enter to provide a response. External forms, parcel tracking and linked services may process information under their own privacy policies. Do not send card details through email, chat or contact forms.

Storage and retention

We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, provide customer service, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information may be processed in countries where our company and service providers operate, including outside Canada.

Access, corrections and deletion requests

Contact us to ask about the personal information we hold, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for administrative, legal or security purposes. For orders placed through an earlier version of the website, include your order number so we can locate the relevant record.
